Edpuzzle: Why can't prices just stay the same?

If high prices are the problem, we should just stop raising prices altogether...right? Turns out, it's not that easy.

This video from Vox titled "Why can't prices just stay the same?" explores why we hear that inflation is a good thing so often, and why the economy would be in trouble without it.
