FinCap Friday: Terms of Use on the Loose

At the end of 2020, Instagram released updated terms of use for its users, but most people don't read through terms and conditions in general, llet alone when downloading or updating an app on their phone! This means that most people don't know what they agreed to because data shows most people agree to terms without reading through them. Why is this becoming a more serious concern over time?
