TEACHER TIP - PROJECT: 5 Stocks On Your Birthday

Amanda Volz brings you a Teacher Tip video on the project 5 Stocks On Your Birthday. In this engaging project, students pretend their wealthy grandma bought them 100 shares of stock on their 10th birthday. Students research the historical prices of their stock and create charts and graphs using spreadsheets to compare the yearly values and return on investment. In this video, Amanda explains how she customized the project and provides tips on how you can use it in your classroom!
