Check Out Our Improved Website Navigation

Did you notice some changes to the NGPF website recently?

As you know (and have told us), the NGPF website can feel overwhelming at times given the plethora of resources available. With that feedback in mind, the team has worked diligently to find ways to improve website navigation. Earlier this week, we unveiled the fruits of their labor and are excited to share with you the changes. Our goal: save you time by making it easier for you to find the curriculum, PD opportunities, and games that you are looking for.

Here's what's new:

1. ARCADE: Arcade Games are some of the most popular resources on the NGPF website with 15 million game plays to date so now it has its own button on the navigation bar:

2. CURRICULUM: We have provided more descriptive information on our curricular resources and categorized them into courses (high school, middle school, math), unit pages and individual  resource types (e.g., FinCap Friday, Question of the Day, etc.):

3. TEACHER PD AND COMMUNITY: Consolidated these two categories to occupy one spot on the navigation bar and provided additional descriptive information on NGPF Academy, Teacher Toolkit and FinLit Fanatics:

4. JOIN OUR MISSION: We are now highlighting the 2022 State of Financial Education report so you can see the incredible progress the community is making toward Mission 2030. In addition, it is now easier for you to find compelling information on why financial education is so important, tools to help you expand access, links to the school search tool, national map and the Most Important Class I Never Had documentary:

We hope that these changes make it easier for you to navigate the website so you can spend less time searching and more time customizing your lessons to meet your students' needs. Head on over to www.ngpf.org and check out these changes.

You are up to date!

Tim Ranzetta

Tim's saving habits started at seven when a neighbor with a broken hip gave him a dog walking job. Her recovery, which took almost a year, resulted in Tim getting to know the bank tellers quite well (and accumulating a savings account balance of over $300!). His recent entrepreneurial adventures have included driving a shredding truck, analyzing executive compensation packages for Fortune 500 companies and helping families make better college financing decisions. After volunteering in 2010 to create and teach a personal finance program at Eastside College Prep in East Palo Alto, Tim saw firsthand the impact of an engaging and activity-based curriculum, which inspired him to start a new non-profit, Next Gen Personal Finance.
