The Michigan Council for Economic Education is partnering with Next Gen Personal Finance (NGPF) to offer a two-day Personal Finance Institute. Day 1 will be an NGPF FinCamp and Day 2 will be education sessions provided by Michigan CEE.
ATTENDANCE: Attendance is required on both days. Your attendance is required for all hours listed for both day one and day two of this event.

Parking Details: Free, on-site parking is available. Enter off of Warren Avenue and tell security you are attending the teacher training. You will then be allowed to enter a secured parking lot.
Photo ID Required: You will be subject to security screening upon entry to the building and you will need a photo ID.
Meals: FREE breakfast and lunch are offered each day of this event. We recommend bringing a water bottle.
Participation Stipend: The first 60 Michigan teacher participants registered will have the opportunity to earn a $125 stipend with successful completion of the FIT Certification test at the end of the 2-day event. MI CEE will issue stipends to those who qualify.

FinCamps are a FREE full day of in-person professional development where you have the opportunity to dive into NGPF’s curriculum and resources, collaborate with other educators, and get reinvigorated for the classroom.
